[While Dark Heart is going about his own business in the Spire, he may have noticed that a certain Mimikyu has been spending an awful lot of time just sitting around in the same spot of the same den. It's been hours, if not days now, and still she's barely moved. Though she's up in one of the beds and has a blanket half-draped around herself, she isn't even sleeping; she's just sitting there, and maybe occasionally fiddling absently with her meager few possessions (her Grumpearl at one moment, and another some sort of red gem or the ragged hem of her disguise rag).
She doesn't seem wounded or sick at all, though there is a certain moroseness about her. Maybe something he can use.
[If there's one thing he loves, it's bothering. As it happens, he also enjoys Shoka. She's funny, feels like perhaps the closest Pokemon here to someone he can understand on a personal level. This is something he understands too, a dejected little creature who feels all alone in the world. God, it's almost nostalgic.
The Nickit leaps onto a nearby ledge, observing her with a smirk and crossed paws.]
Why so glum, Shoka? [His tail sways leisurely.] Not enjoying your pretend sleep?
[Her real eyes glower at him through the holes in her disguise. She does mind, apparently, but she doesn't seem willing to expend the effort needed to move him or herself elsewhere.]
Are you that desperate for attention that you can't find some other place to drag your crusty ass to?
[Truthfully, she enjoys his crusty ass, too, most days—she's just not in the mood right now.]
[Doesn't he sound pleased as punch to say it? Maybe it's a little transparent to play his hand like that but-- well, Dark Heart's been going back and forth on this in his head. That he's used to pitching himself to be the ideal to whatever someone else wants because he has something to offer. Now that he doesn't? That he can't just snap his fingers and Shoka is free of boredom and doing cartwheels across the Spire? Dark Heart's had to think about what the point is.
For now the point is being a fucking nuisance. It's the coping, babe.]
You're not the only one who gets bored around here, you know.
[He must really be that desperately bored. Why else would he even bother with her?
She absently turns the Fire Gem she's been fiddling with over in her claws, watching Dark Heart's obscured reflection in one of its facets. Truthfully, she's surprised he even noticed that she wasn't really asleep. It rankles her, makes her feel exposed—and that might just be the first flicker of real emotion she's felt today.]
But can't you take a hint? I'm not gonna give you any entertainment.
[He feels pretty entertained right now! It's nice knowing that you'll always feel fulfilled by getting under someone's skin, even better knowing you're good at it. There's something else to it, too, something he can't quite put a finger on that doesn't feel worth examining.]
Nothing was the matter until you showed up. [That doesn't even sound very convincing. She sighs again, as if in defeat, before playing dumb and asking,] Stuck how?

In any case, she's a sitting duck for bothering.]

Do you want something, Dork Heart?

[He makes himself at home, lounging right in front of her.]
Looks like we've got the same plan. You won't mind if I join you, would you?

What's the matter, then? Feeling stuck?

[He shifts a little bit.]
Not very comfortable.
